If no arrangements are made items will be considered abandoned and returned to auction after 7 days. 2. Stock Photos: The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of observing the quality of items and if they see any damage. If the product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or contact usi if you have questions. 3. Damaged Items: We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected but may not be sealed. Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional. Returns will be accepted if item is not as described. Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. Items described as "Open Box" or "Damaged" are sold AS-IS. No refunds are offered. However, inspection prior to bidding is available and recommended. For items listed only as "open box" we highly encourage you to stop by our warehouse in Lincoln and inspect items previous to auction closing.
