At conclusion of auction your will receive an invoice via e-mail. We will auto-bill your credit card on file with estatesales.org - please be sure card on file is updated.

A day or two before pick-up you will also receive a "PICK-UP ALERT" e-mail with the exact address and times. 

This is a local pick-up auction - those wanting an item shipped should ASK BEFORE BIDDING and expect to pay USPS or UPS shipping fees. Again, PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING FROM OUT-OF-STATE on this one. We are under a time crunch juggling several estates so wont have time for much shipping but like to keep our repeat customers as happy as possible.

Smitty's Estate Liquidators LLC will attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the phone, on the internet, or via text messaging - but makes no representations. In no event shall Smitty's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final and credit card payments may not be reversed for any reason. Bidding in the auction is a BINDING AGREEMENT TO PAY.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the address stated in the "FINAL PICK-UP E-MAIL" sent at the conclusion of the auction. This will be THE ONLY TIME that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up on stated date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Smitty's. If you are unable to attend the Auction pick-up, you must designate a person to pick your items up for you and representative must bring copy of YOUR INVOICE. 

Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the property. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, packing materials, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, blankets, straps, dollies needed to remove your items from the property. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. You are responsible for ensuring that you have removed all of your items before leaving the pickup site PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE LEAVING.

Smitty's is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, injuries, or illness related to the pick-up.

Please remember to "PARK SMART" during pick-up - DO NOT block mail boxes or driveways.
