Global Surplus Will Accept Credit Cards.
ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,000.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.
Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "Global Surplus".
All Cashier Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution they were drawn on.
NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.
As of December 20, 2017 all new bidder registration will need to register a credit card as a form of identification. Your card will be charged $1 to verify and immediately refunded.
