TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6387 ROUTE 426, TOWN OF SPRING CREEK, COUNTY OF WARREN, STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, IDENTIFIED AS TAX PARCEL: CY-664-469100-000 WILL BE OFFERED FOR SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION LIVE WITH WEBCAST BIDDING AVAILABLE Online Bidding Opens: Monday, May 1st at 9AM Live Auction w/ Webcast: Thursday, May 4th at 6PM Open House/Preview: Monday, May 1 3PM-5PM Or call for private showing Auction Parcel Approximately .13 acre lot with a house. (1.) This property is being offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees or warranties of any sort, either actual or implied, including but not limited to sewer/septic system, water system, plumbing, heating, electrical, interior and exterior of all buildings, any fixtures, and the land.
