TERMS OF SALE: Said real estate and other property will be sold for cash in hand due immediately at the conclusion of the auction and sale. With Lender approval and consent, Bidder may pay a fifteen percent (15%) nonrefundable down payment to the Trustee immediately at the conclusion of the auction and sale, with entire balance of the bid to be due and payable within thirty (30) days from the date of the sale (no exceptions).
