1. By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. You must register to bid. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
2. SHIPPING IS AVAIL ON SMALL ITEMS ONLY AT BIDDER'S EXPENSE. IF SHIPPING WILL BE REQUESTED PLS NOTIFY AUCTIONEER VIA AUCTIONEER NOTES IN HIBID PRIOR TO SALE CLOSING IF POSSIBLE.
3. All descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and may or may not be completely correct.
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
5. 18% buyer's premium added to bid price.
6. 6.75% Sales tax will be added to purchase price. If you are tax exempt please submit completed resale permit IRS form # E-595E to John Pischke.
7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.
8. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
9. After auction, items must be picked up ONE DAY ONLY SATURDAY MARCH 18, 2023 FROM 10:00AM TO 2PM. We cannot transport items from one warehouse to another.
10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Items not picked up may be subject to storage, warehousing, and handling fees. Fee dependant on item, payable as cash.
11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
12.
