Each firearm should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. SHIPPING: Firearms will be shipped by Legacy Auction & Realty to licensed FFL Dealers only or C&R holders as applicable. No firearms will be shipped outside of the United States. Ask your local FFL dealer to email a scan [NOT a photo] of its license to SOLD@bidlegacy.com by 12 Noon ET MONDAY, MARCH 13TH. Firearms that do not require transfer as noted will sent directly to the buyer. Shipping period is LIMITED, and ends 4pm ET on Wednesday 3/15. Please do not delay sending FFLs. FEE: USPS label at cost +$10 per handgun, +$20 per long gun. Or, transfer in person by appointment only in White Mills, PA; $25 for first, $10 for others. All non-firearms such as grips and knives may be enclosed in the firearm box to minimize expense or separately shipped via The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA. Items not claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale; no refund will be processed. PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. The cc on file is used later for shipping fees as well.
