2000 Thermo Bond Portable Building
Thermo Bond portable building used for housing public safety radio equipment underneath the radio tower.
11' O.D. x 9' I.D. equipment shelter.
Exterior steel doors with hardware.
Stone aggregate exterior.
R-values of 11 in the walls, roof, and floor.
Painted "I" beam skid assembly.
Two-ply rubber roofing material with galvanized roof edging.
Vinyl floor covering inside.
3/4" OSB/FRP interior finish.
Electrical package:
- 200 amp - 20 position distribution panel with main breaker. - 6 - 110v duplex receptacles - 1 - 200 amp surge arrestor - Halo grounding.
Comes with mini-split system:
Keeprite 24,000 btu cooling only condenser high wall unit model #DLCCAR24K1A serial #V17017828, and evaporator high wall unit model #DLFCAB24K1A, serial #V17107794.
Installed in 2017, cost to install $4,160.
The mini-split was maintained regularly.
The system carries a 10 year warranty on compressor and parts.
These items were decommissioned due to the construction of a new public safety building.
