Auction will start Sunday, March 26, 2023, at approximately 4pm, at the Gem County Fairgrounds. Payment of cash, credit card or check is accepted. All payment for this auction is due by end of sale. There is an additional 3% fee for credit/debit card. 6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all purchases. All items will go to the highest bidder. All buyers register to bid at the auction site. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the sale. Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person enters the auction site at his or her own risk. No person shall have claim against Rod Fivecoat Auctions, sellers, or employees for any injuries or damages to or loss of property that may occur at the auction site. All sales are final. All property is sold as is. Rod Fivecoat Auctions holds no responsibility for accuracy, errors or omissions in describing these items . The buyer is responsible for verifying information and condition of items. No warranties or guarantees of any kind. Rod Fivecoat Auctions reserves the right to notify third parties, credit bureaus, collection agencies, and others about bidder's fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices. All uncollected amounts will be turned over for collection. Complete payment is due at the end of the auction for all items purchased. Items left over 15 days will become property of the auction.
