1. A buyer's premium of 13% of the hammer price (plus 5% online bidding fee) shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. A 3% discount is applied if paid with cash or acceptable check. 2. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Bank Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card. We do not accept Paypal. No personal or business checks will be accepted unless there is an establised business relationship with the auctioneer. 3. When bidding at a live auction, complete payment is required on the day of the auction. When bidding absentee, phone or online, full payment must be received no later than ten (10) business days following the auction. After that time, the sale with be deemed null and void and the item becomes the property of the auctioneer. 4. (Live Auction) Paid items must be removed from the auction location following the auction. The auctioneer is not responsible for items left on site, unless other pickup arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. (Online Auction indicated as "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY") Buyer must contact the auctioneer within 36 hours of notification of a winning bid to arrange a date and time for pickup.
