Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION:
Auction begins ending on Tuesday, March 7th at 6:30 p.m. CST. Pick up will be Thursday, March 9th from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX. If you require shipping, please call the Auction House on Wed. March 8th. at 903-312-7586 to make arrangements.
We had a problem sending invoices last time and if for some reason you don't receive one, we will know about it. Hopefully they will have this problem fixed before auction ends but if not, expect a text message with a photo of your invoice. We will send out instructions at end of auction and everyone that registed for this auction will receive an invoice even if you did not win items.
