Online auction starts closing Thursday, February 23rd 2023 at 11 am.  The first item in catalog order will close at 11 am, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Wednesday, February 22nd 2023 from 11 AM- 1 PM.

Removal: By appointment on Monday, February 27th 2023 from 10 AM-5 PM. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.

• Your bid price will be multiplied by the quantity listed on the lot (Example: you bid $1 on a lot that has a quantity of 50, you are agreeing to a bid of $50 + buyers premium and applicable tax on that lot).

• All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions and the consigning sellers do not offer any kind of warranty expressed or implied as to any item condition, quality or value. Inspection opportunity of items will be posted on the auction information page with dates, time and location of inspection. No refunds will be awarded for errors in the items description, photo, defect, or anything wrong with the asset item. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to inspect the item before bidding. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
