We will contact you to set up an appointment Auction live bidding starts 2/10/2023, first lot closes 2/19/2023 at 4:00pm.. 1) Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at the Allentown, PA location given to winners only. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. SOME ITEMS WILL NEED EXTRA TIME FOR REMOVAL. Pick up will begin Monday-Friday 10-4, Tuesday till 7pm, Saturday 10-2, If you need other arrangements, please call at 215-444-5353 2) If you win large items it is important that you BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO LOAD THE ITEMS. Some items we WILL NOT MOVE FOR YOU. Some of these items will need to disassembled from their current location. The larger items are very heavy, bring the appropriate help with you! There is a freight elevator for use and floor jacks. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 3) Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. There is a 3% credit card processing fee added to the full amount. If you wish to avoid the 3% processing fee, you can pay with Cash (exact change please) or check (only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. 4) All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled days unless other arrangements are made (call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements). 5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. All weights and measurements are approximate.
