The sale of transfer of a firearm, rifle or shotgun at a gun auction without first conducting a Background Check is a crime. ** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed. All Ammo is shipped via UPS - no Ammo can be shipped to a NYS resident but can be shipped to an FFL near you. * We do NOT ship powder or primers or mounts Everything is sold AS IS. WHERE IS.
