Tracts will be sold by the nearest Taxed Acre "Bidder's Choice" with the exception of Tract 6 which is the acreage. The acreage will be sold by the lump sum. Sale Day Deposits will be made day of sale upon being the successful bidder which will require signing the Purchase Agreement. The balance will be due at closing on or before April 11th, 2023. Online Buyers must be approved by the Auction Company 48 hrs. in advance of the Auction. Bidders must do their investigation and due diligence prior to bidding.
