BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE DONE IMMEDIATELY New York State law requires that a National Instant Criminal Background Check must be completed prior to all firearm sales or transfers, including sales or transfers of rifles or shotguns. All federally licensed dealers can perform a Background Check at cost; The first check with will be $25.00 and each additional check will be $10.00. IF you know you will NOT PASS the check - DO NOT BID - We will NOT let anyone bid for anyone else or put it in someone else’s name for the check!!! If you bid and fail the check, the gun will be resold!
