AAA Auction and it's employees reserve the right to bid. Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday at 6p. At that time the Merchandise becomes the property of AAA Auction Service. Invoices totalling more than $500 at the descretion of the Auctioneer need payment in the form of a wire transfer with a fee of $25. All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer. ***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. All items MUST be removed from auction location during announced removal period. Items paid for and not removed from auction premises after 10 business days may be considered abandoned by the auctioneer. ***SHIPPING: We do in house shipping. If the package is over 20", it most likely will be at least $50. Please do not bid if you are looking for shipping under $10. We use shipping saint and do have charges for handling and supplies in addition to shipping. The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through shipping saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through shipping saint. You can send a label from your delivery people, but must pay for handing and packaging items. ***CONDITION OF ITEMS: Neither the auctioneer nor the seller shall be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any article. After articles are removed from auction location or the announced removal period has ended, the auctioneer and the seller will have no obligation to the winning bidder and no responsibility for articles sold. ***ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any and all bids made by any and all bidders are legally binding contracts to purchase articles for the price offered according to the terms and conditions listed herein.
