Real Estate Auction Terms & Conditions Online Bidding Closes on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 7:30 pm (Soft Close) meaning if someone places a bid within the last minute of closing, it extends the auction another 2 minutes. This allows the backup bidder to place another bid until all bids are final. 601 N Gill Street, Carlisle, IN DOWN PAYMENT: A $5,000. down payment will be required at the acceptance of bid and signing of the Purchase Agreement. The down payment will be applied to the Purchase Price at closing and may be made in the form of Check or Money Order. If buyer defaults, the down payment is non-refundable. YOU'RE BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing if needed. A pre-approval letter from your lender will be required to bid. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: The successful bidder will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement upon acceptance of final bid. (The final bid is subject to the Sellers acceptance or rejection). EVIDENCE OF TITLE: Seller shall provide an owners title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price. DEED: Seller shall provide Warranty Deed(s).
