The building will also be open to large volume purchasers or purchasers of select items noted "Thursday Load-Out Only" to load on Thursday, January 26, 2023, from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment. Please do so. Please follow current COVID guidelines. Cash, check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments. A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction. The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments. Sales tax applies. Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for. NO REFUNDS. All announcements auction day take precedence over any other. Not responsible for accidents. SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS ON SHIPPED HIGH-VALUE ITEMS: Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who want their purchases shipped, MUST pay with a bank wire or other certified funds. RMEB ships most items from its in-house shipping department.
