1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: a. You must be at least 21 years old have a valid credit card on file with our company to register for and participate in our auction. The first time you save a new card to your account, there is a $100 soft hold to confirm there are funds available. This hold will automatically fall off 2-3 business days. b. Your credit card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. In the event your card isn’t charged immediately, it will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing. c. If your credit card on file is declined for any reason you will incur a $15 Declined Card fee on your invoice. Please ensure your payment and contact information on file is correct, currently valid, and able to cover the entire invoice purchase price. The fee is also in effect when we attempt to process payment for shipping. d. To arrange another form of payment such as cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer, you must contact Alaska Premier Auctions

Housed within this nearly 200 lot sale are the complete physical assets of Vortex VR, the immersive Virtual Reality entertainment center established in 2020. Highlights include a plethora of built gaming computers, virtual reality headsets, full-size racing VR stations, fixtures, iPads, electronics, appliances, and much more! Everything within this quality sale is being sold without reserve to the highest bidder, opening bids start at $5. PREVIEW: There are no previews available at the private residence. The address will only be released to winning bidders after the conclusion of the auction. This auction features a soft close of 3 lots per minute, if a bid is placed in the final minute that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold. LOCATION: All items are located at a business off of International Road in Anchorage Alaska. The address will be released to winning bidders after the conclusion of the auction on their invoice. There will not be any items available for pick up at our warehouse location without a minimum $25.00 transportation fee. None of the inventory seen in this auction will be at our warehouse location at the time of pick-up. LOCAL PICK-UP TIMES: TWO DAYS ONLY: 10am-5:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, January 25th & 26th. It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up items at the business location unless other arrangements are made. Any inventory not picked up will be subject to both transportation and storage fees. Bring a photo ID and be prepared to present your email invoice receipt of purchase. Minimum transportation fees of $25 per 27-gallon tote and $100 per piece of furniture will apply to any inventory remaining at the end of the designated pick-up window.
