Please make a note when registering if you would like to pay cash or check, if we are not notified prior to auction end, the credit card on file will be charged.
Registration: All buyers must provide all information needed to register including a valid credit card number. Please Note: the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. We will confirm all information is entered correctly prior accepting your bids.
Payment: Exact Cash only (no change will be given), Check, Visa & MasterCard on purchases to be picked up. 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold.
Preview: Preview date of Monday August 5th from 3 to 4 PM Central. No other preview times will be offered. Please see auction catalog for high resolution photo of each lot.
Removal / Load Out: A Parrott Auction Crew Member / representative will be onsite at both locations, 1109 Walnut Street, Lawrenceville, IL 62439 to administer pickup on Friday August 9th from 3 to 5PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full.
If items are not picked up during that time-frame, any additional pickup time will be at a cost of $25 to cover labor, fuel & drive time, No exceptions.
If items remain after 7 days after that, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC will then have full authority on what the next step will be (i.e. removal of items).
This will strictly be enforced as non-removal of items is becoming an issue.
