Main Street, Fairfield, IL 62837 (lots 1 to 90) and 915 North 1st Street, Fiarfield, IL 62837 (lots 100 & up) to administer pickup on Wednesday August 21st from 9 to 4PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full. If items are not picked up during that time-frame, any additional pickup time will be at a cost of $75 to cover labor, fuel & drive time of 2.5+ hours, No exceptions. If items remain after 7 days after that, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC will then have full authority on what the next step will be (i.e. removal of items).
