Items not paid for by bidders will be relisted and buyer will be charged a $25 relisting fee to the card on file. 4.) Sales tax are paid by bidders. A tax exempt certificate must be on file before checkout to exempt taxes including farm equipment. There will be no tax refunds if the farm exempt is not in our hands at time of auction checkout Jan 31, 2023. 6.) Shipping is not offered on any item. 7.) Items are sold online and in person inspection may not be an option for some items. Condition of the items is not guaranteed by FHRA or it's affiliates. 8.) FHRA Auctioneers shall not be liable for any damages arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site. 9.) International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded. The "bid" deposit shall be 20% of the maximum bid per lot. The "bid" deposit shall be submitted by wire transfer only. 11. Users agree to indemnify and hold FHRA Auctioneers harmless from any lawsuit based on users' negligence or activities. 12.
