***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium equal to 12% will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday at 6p. At that time the Merchandise becomes the property of AAA Auction Service. AAA Auction Service, Inc., may, in its discretion, ban buyers from participating in future auctions. All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer, PayPal (online bidders only), or Visa/Mastercard. Any PayPal or Credit Card purchases must be made with AAA Auction Service office, & will charged a 4% convenience fee. Items left after 6 p will have a $10 Per person charge for storage. Items over $500 must be paid with a wire transfer, fee of $25 will be applied. Personal checks from bidders unknown to AAA Auction Service, Inc., will be acceptable only if credit has been previously established or if a bank authorization has been received guaranteeing a personal check. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer. ***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. All items MUST be removed from auction location during announced removal period. Items paid for and not removed from auction premises after 10 business days may be considered abandoned by the auctioneer. ***SHIPPING: We do in house shipping. We use shipping saint and do have charges for handling and supplies in addition to shipping. The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through shipping saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through shipping saint. ***CONDITION OF ITEMS: Neither the auctioneer nor the seller shall be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any article. The auctioneer will make a good-faith effort to correctly describe all articles and their condition; however, neither the auctioneer nor the seller make any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy of article descriptions. *NO SALE WILL BE VOIDED OR ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR INCORRECT DESCRIPTION, CATALOG ERROR, OR IMPERFECTION NOT NOTED. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer.
