In the instance there is a tie bid between the floor and/or the internet bidders and/or absentee bidders, the floor bidders take precedence. As an online bidder you assume any risk associated with "winning" an item and not actually having the item sell to you. Any and all measurements are approximate and are for use as a general guide to size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GRANTED and ITEMS ARE PURCHASED "AS-IS." The auctioneer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The final call of the auctioneer or fall of the hammer of a lot to the highest bidder formally indicates the change of title and possession passes to that high bidder, regardless of the bidding method used, including in-house, online, or via an absentee bid. Immediately upon this transfer, the high bidder assumes all responsibility and/or risk of the lot(s) purchased, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc. Wind-up toys, battery-operated and some electrical items have not been tested and are being sold with NO return and ITEMS ARE PURCHASED "AS-IS."
