Mirimar, Florida designated items: Won Items from can be picked up Saturday April 22nd from 12pm -6pm. Pick up address 2401 Southwest 82nd Terrace, Miramar, 33025. Allentown, PA designated items: won items can be picked up on Saturday April 22nd from 10am-2pm at 1801 Union Blvd, Ste 105 Allentown, PA 18109. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick up the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED a15% buyers premium, 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card sales. Sales Tax is applied to as per state laws and regulations.. If paying with cash please bring exact change. Checks can only be accepted at our Allentown location, please make checks out to Searchlight Auction. All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled time slots unless other arrangements are made (For Florida call 561-369-5075, for PA call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
