Condition of Items Sold: The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description,
authenticity, genuineness, estimated selling price, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty

establish available credit; however, a buyer's credit card will NOT be charged until a purchase is
made. If a buyer fails to pick up his/her purchases at the end of the allotted pick up times, the
buyer's credit card will be charged for the lots purchased plus the applicable buyer's premium
and state taxes.

handling of said item or items. Auctions On Demand recommends that a buyer contact the
auction company prior to purchasing an item to get general shipping information.
South Carolina Sales Tax: State tax will be paid on the hammer price and the 15% buyer's
