DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin Tuesday, Feb 7th @ 1:00PM. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the lot closing.
Internet or bidding problems call the auction company immediately!!!!!
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $800. It will raise the person with the high bid to $825.00 It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. $25 dollar bid increments.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium. All bidders must be approved by Schmid Auction. After registering call Schmid Auction for approval.
When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 4 minutes.
Bid Increments: $25 a bid.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Real Estate is sold "As Is". 10% down the day of sale remainder due at closing in 30 days. The property will be sold in a manner resulting in the highest sale price subject to sell conformation. All markers on maps are simply to be used as guidelines. The successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site following the close of the auction. It is the potential bidder's responsibility to conduct his or her own independent inspection inquiries & due diligence concerning the property.
