Auctioneers, at any time, and at their sole discretion, without notice or liability to buyer may: (a) withdraw or cancel the sale of any lot, (b) offer any Lots in groups or with privilege, or (c) have hidden reserve on any lot. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. In the case there is a reserve on the item, then the current price will go to your max or the reserve price, whichever is lower. When another bidder bids it will increase your bid automatically up to your max in the increments specified. If two (2) people bid the same max bid, on the same lot, the 1st person to place the bid will be the winning bidder. Soft Close: All bids placed (that outbid the current winner's maxbid) within two (2) minutes of the lot closing will increase the time by an additional two (2) minutes. Bidder further agrees to repair, at their cost, any lot purchased at the auction to a safe operating condition and, without limitation, to a condition which meets any standard or requirement of any applicable authority, law or regulation.
