• This estate is a “downsizing living estate”, All items are being sold due to an accelerated escrow closing.
• You are responisble for loading and gathering your items.
  • please bring your equipment and loading supplies.
• All items are sold as used, as-is condition. All items are sold as pictured, and/or otherwise stated. No returns, no refunds. Leftover Treasures is a 3rd party hired by the owner to sell these items on their behalf.

In Person Preview Hours:

There is no in person preview available for this auction. 

Soft Closing / Bidding

• If a bid occurs in the last 21 seconds. Item timer will extend to an additional 15 Seconds. 
• This will only occur ONCE!
• Direct Bid: Which is the next bid increment.
• Custom Bid or Max Bid: (example: starting bid is $1.00. You enter $100.00, If no one else is bidding. Then it will read “current bid is $1.00” The system will automatically bid up to $100 automatically, until someone out bids you.
• Auto: If you are bidding but you keep seeing “auto” next to bidders name. That is because they have set a maximum custom bid, as explained above. You will not be the current bidder until you surpass the other bidder. It is the same as eBay bidding.
• Buy Now: Some items have a “buy now” option. At any time anyone can purchase the item via “buy now” this will remove it from the auction and close that item.

• Order Pick Up in REEDLEY, CA
• • Monday @ 12pm AND/OR 4pm to 7pm
  • OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE. $40 fee will be assessed
    • Orders not picked up will not be refunded.
    • Do not ignore our calls or messages, if we’re calling/texting you, we’re trying to work with you. If we do not have timely response. Your items will be considered abandoned.
• BE SURE TO PUT YOUR ESTIMATED PICK UP TIME AT CHECK OUT!
  • Pick up info is on EVERY SINGLE ITEM.
