No guarantees are made, other than the merchandise to be free and clear of any and all liens and encumbrances. Any and all offers are to be submitted to the offices of Barry S. Slosberg, Inc. by Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at 2PM. The auctioneer will notify the bidder with the highest and / or best offer on or before Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 2PM. Upon notification the bidder must make a $5,000 GUARANTEED DEPOSIT in CASH OR BANK CHECK by Friday, January13th, 2023 at 2PM and a FINAL FULL PAYMENT by Monday, January 16th, 2023 at 2PM in CASH OR BANK CHECK. This will include a 20% Buyer’s Premium paid to the auctioneer. Removal of inventory must be completed by Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 2PM.
