Bryant Auction & Real Estate LLC has entered into a contract with the conservator, to offer for sale (with seller's confirmation) at public auction the following real property. THE OFFERING The subject property is a 4 parcels (Being offered as 1 Parcel) of land with improvements situated thereon, 1687 Hwy 38, LATTA SC 29565 / as shown on Tax Map NUMBERS, 089-13-00-014, 089-13-00-013, 089-013-00-012, 089-013-00-018, Records of DILLON County, South Carolina. If the purchaser wishes to have the property surveyed, or if a closing plat is required by the purchaser's lender, this will be at the expense of the purchaser. This property does have public water & does have septic sewer. SELLER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING COST AT CLOSING a. General warranty deed with transfer stamps. b.
