For products described as "Factory Sealed" and "Appears New", you are entitled to a refund if: -The item is damaged, does not work, or is not as described/displayed. For products described as "Open Box" only, you are entitled to a refund if: -The item received is not the same item described. Ex. You received the wrong item by mistake. For items listed only as "open box" we highly encourage you to make an appointment to inspect item prior to auction closing.
