All Remaining Assets of Former Hamburger Restaurant Selling at Auction Name of business and address will be posted on August 7th by 3 PM SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Thursday, August 8, 2019 @ 1 PM ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of assets including commercial kitchen equipment, sinks, appliances, refrigerators, freezer, flat top grill, refrigerated prep stations, kegerator, fryers, toaster, ice maker, walk-in freezer and cooler, vent hood, drop safe, tables, chairs, stools and other related items. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding begins Wednesday, July 24, 2019. INSPECTION: Wednesday, July 24th from 9 AM – 12 PM (Noon) You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. The bid deadline will be one hour after the inspection ends. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at the auction site immediately following the conclusion of the auction (by appointment) or Friday, August 9th at 8 AM. Payment must be received no later than 9 AM on August 9th. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS REMOVAL: Friday, August 9th from 8 AM – 4 PM Removal may also occur immediately following the auction by appointment only. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. All gas/water line disconnections should be made by qualified individual. You may be required to prove your experience and/or provide insurance before removal of connected items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Restaurant is located in a busy shopping center, near the Mall of Georgia The area gets fairly crowded during lunch time. Your best bet is to plan for removal the afternoon of the 8th or first thing on the morning of the 9th. ADDITIONAL TIME – These dates and times are your only option. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements. LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.
