Charles has asked us to conduct a live moving auction, Saturday, Dec 10 of all the personal property located at 401 Cherry Street. This 3 bedroom home contains lots of vintage and antique furniture collected over the years, and it's in excellent condition. You'll find couches, recliners, dining tables and chairs, china cabinet, beds, nite stands, dressers, chest of drawers, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, baskets, artwork, pottery, yard and patio furniture and accessories, books, quilts, antique kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, yard tools, lamps and much, much more. Everything must sell to the highest bidder before the new owners can take possession. That's Saturday, Dec. 10 doors open at 9 am for viewing and registration LIVE AUCTION begins at 10 am. Don't miss this opportunity to see a very unique home and it's furnishings located on historic Cherry Street just across from Ouchita Baptist University here in Arkadelphia.
