Fully functional units that may show minor signs of damage to product and packaging. Scratch/Dent- Products could have visible cosmetic damage IE scratches or small spots on them but does not affect the use of the product. Sold AS-IS Damaged- Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to use or resale. Sold AS-IS Used- Items that have been in someone's home and has been used. These are estate and consignment items that are not from our new furniture store and are Sold AS-IS. ***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium equal to 15% for online buyers and 10% for onsite buyers will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. Firearms will have a $15 FFL transfer fee. Midway Auction Company, is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due at the close of the auction.
