Vehicle Paperwork: A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate (VTR265 VSF) FROM TEXAS or a title will be issued on the vehicle. . Take the storage lien packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invioce. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed.
