5’ x 12’ Arch

               -Arch has a steel frame with galvanized sides

               -All insulation material will go with the arch

               -Approximately 14’ Smoke Stack is included with the arch

               - Two Carlin 701 CRD Fuel Oil Burners purchased in 2010 are included

                              -For the life of the burners they have used off road diesel

Stainless Steel Raised Flue Pan is 5’ x 8’

               -Pan was made by Sunrise Metal Shop and purchased in 2016

               -Set-up for sap to be inputted on either side of the evaporator

               -Copper sap pre-heating system is included

-5’ x 8’ Hood for the pan is included

-Approximately 6’ of stack is included with the Hood 

Stainless Steel Front Pan is 5’ x 4’

               -Pan was locally made in 2006

               -Set-up for draw off on either side of the evaporator

               - 5’ x 4’ Hood for the pan is included

This evaporator has been in use at the Alcona FFA Sugar Shack since 2007 as an educational resource for the program. Alcona Community Schools was able to acquire a brand new evaporator.
