Assets being sold include (4) 2007 Chevrolet Silverados, 2004 Isuzu box van, (6) Toyota forklifts, fork mounted crane attachment, 2019 AARD Wolf lifter, MK abrasive brick/stone saw, Park Industries thin stone saw w/ feed & discharge conveyor, 1995 Bobcat skid steer, Lantech pallet wrapper, pallet racking, large assortment of tools, 2006 Freightliner flatbed truck, piggy back forklift, 2005 Freightliner flatbed truck, 2006 Princeton piggy back forklift, 2006 JCB pneumatic telescopic 4x4 material handler, scaffolding, dump hoppers, poly tanks and a variety of gas grill working displays and stone inventory! IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: This auction will consists of assets located in Holly Springs and Jasper. The majority of the assets are located in Holly Springs. The online catalog will indicate the location of each item. Payment will only be collected at the Holly Springs location on Wednesday, December 7th from 8 AM - 3 PM or via bank wire by 3 PM on December 7th. Please make sure to adhere to the posted inspection and removal times for each location.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on Thursday, November 24th, 2022.

INSPECTIONS:

You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. No personal checks accepted. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 330 Adams Jenkins Memorial Drive, Holly Springs, GA from 8 AM until 3 PM. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on Wednesday, December 7th.

REMOVAL: For both locations, Wednesday, December 7th from 8 AM – 3 PM. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.

Additional time will be allowed for certain lots. Additional time allowances will be posted to individual lots throughout the online catalog.

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.

BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
