Note:  This is a large online only auction with almost 1000 lots.  Therefore, we will be dividing the auction into 2 phases with Phase 1 items closing on Tuesday, July 23 and Phase 2 items closing on Wednesday, July 24.  All items will be available for inspection Sunday, July 21 at the property – except for the guns which are at a nearby gun shop and may be viewed anytime during regular store hours.
