3. Buyer's Premium will be charged at descretion of the Auctioneer.
4. All items are sold "as is-where is," with no warranty of any type expressed or implied.
5. Payment is CASH or PENNSYLVANIA CHECK only (no out-of-state checks, no post-dated checks, no starter checks, no checks without address and phone number).
6. PA sales tax laws apply (6%) when items are sold in our auction barn.
7. Payment must be made at the time of pick up. No exceptions!
8. Purchases must be paid for and removed from the auction site within the posted pickup time frame.
9. Items not paid for, not picked up, paid for but not picked up, are considered abandoned and will be resold with no refund to the original bidder. "No show" bidder/buyers will be banned from auctions.
10. Person(s) picking up purchases will be held liable for any damage caused to Personal or Real Property when picking up. You must treat Seller's property with courtesy, care and respect.
11. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time.
12. $50.00 Fee on cancelled or NSF checks. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
13. Auto-Extend "soft close" feature leaves bidding open so that end times are staggered. If bidding activity takes place in the last few minutes, the bidding is extended for that lot
14. Auctioneer and Seller are not responsible for any difficulties that may arise with online bidding platform (Hi-Bid) or bidder's inability to submit a bid online in a timely fashion. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
15. Pre-approval for bidding is required and authorized manually by the auctioneer. Please allow the auctioneer time to review your request to bid.

Smaller than the average poster - approx. 13 x 15. 43 Vintage Buffet Sideboard Very nice! Vintage bow front buffet, or sideboard, with lots of storage space in it. Salt and Pepper are Avon with cologne still inside. Some salt disp are leaded glass. Amber salt dip has a point/tip missing. 98 Large Piano Baby Large porcelain piano baby, looks German but no markings were found on it. Piano babies are from the Victorian Era, used to hold shawls in place on pianos. 99 Vintage Pottery Items Nice pottery vase, similar to McCoy or Brush, but unmarked. Lid is not tight on the yellow decanter so I wrapped a paper towel around it. Also a misc. decanter top. 113 Amber Glass Hen Amber glass hen on nest. 114 Berbei Egg Trinket Holder Edgar Berebi Faberge style egg trinket holder with little masked cherub. Masked gold tone charm was found inside the egg, not sure if it is original to the piece. 115 Cobalt Blue Salt Dip Cobalt blue master salt dip with silver holder (Andrea by Sadek), and misc. spoons. Blue spoon is glass. Also, misc. head figurines. Salt dip has one very tiny flake on top rim. 116 Avon Hands, Mother Of Pearl Spoons, Misc. Very heavy antique style jewelry box (lid needs re-hinged), mother of pearl spoons, bone china ponies, Avon milk glass hands, vintage powder jar. 117 Art Glass Vases Orange stipped vases, open handled white ribbed vase (has one chip on top) and small spatter vase. 118 Swung Vases (L. E. Smith?) Small amber glass hobnail footed swung vase, smooth green glass swung vase, misc. clear glass bud vases. 119 Last Supper Print Beautiful Last Supper print in Art Deco style frame with reverse gold and black paint trim. There are a few spots where the paint has worn off (see photos). Also, a large print in a good frame. 120 Miniature Shoe Collection Assorted porcelain, bisque and ceramic shoes. 121 Onyx and Alabaster Animals Small onyx and alabaster carved animals 122 Box of Christmas Box lot of Christmas decoratives. 123 Salt Dips Misc. salt dips. Spoons are plastic. One porcelain dip has a chip. 124 Hand Blown Ornaments Large hand blown glass ornaments and misc. 125 Cake Plate & Misc.
