TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Please read completely before bidding) There will be a 6.5% buyer's premium charged on final bid. The winning bidder is required within 48 hours of the auction close to sign a purchase agreement and submit 6.5% buyer's premium as a non-refundable earnest money. The earnest money may be in the form of cash, a personal or business check with balance due at closing within 30 days. Buyer is guaranteed a clear title and will be responsible for real estate taxes beginning Spring 2023. The property is selling on an AS IS basis and subject to approval of court appointed representative of the seller. All bidders are responsible for conducting their own independent inspections, investigations, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the property. Buyer will be responsible for signing an agreement and agreeing to rules and regulations of Royal Vista Condominiums (copy to review is available).
Participating Brokers: Real estate brokers may earn up to 1.5% for representing a bidder at auction. To qualify, broker must notify Big Bang Auction about their client a minimum of 5 days prior to the auction.
