Terms & Conditions:

1. There is a $50 Deposit due at the
sale for all won units. (Cost is per unit)

2. There is a 10% buyers fee on each sale.
So if you bid $100 your total is $110.

3. Units Bought will need to be broom swept
clean within 24 hours or by the end of the day (preferably).

4. If you find guns, weapons, or other items that are regulated or illegal substances, please notify the authorities to ensure it is not stolen or used in crime. Possession of 9/10hs of the law.

5. All property must be paid for in full, with cash ONLY.
Items may not be removed or emptied until payments
have been recorded in the office.

6. Vehicles must follow the NC DMV process.

7. The Auction will be conducted under all auspices of
North Carolina Law(s) and Rules.

8. Any or all personal documentation such as Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, Legal, Criminal Documents Should be turned into the main office As Soon As Possible.
