PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Bank of Oklahoma ("BOK"), as a secured creditor in RLC-IV CYFC LLC, d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott ("Debtor"), will sell the furniture, fixtures, and equipment of the Courtyard Fort Collins, 1200 Oakridge Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado ("Collateral") at a public auction sale. The sale will be conducted online by Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. on November 14th, 2022, 10:00AM MT, via Dickensheet & Associates, Inc.'s website: www.dickensheet.com. BOK reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, the right to bid at the public auction sale up to the total amount of the outstanding debt. Only offers for Collateral as a whole will be considered. BOK reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to wirthdraw the Collateral from sale. The sale may be adjourned without notice. The  purchaser shall acquire the Collateral free and clear of the rights of the BOK.
