Thirty years ago, the Dr and Mrs Yesair built their dream house in Byfield, where they could watch birds, deer, and other wildlife from their back patio. This led naturally to Ruth's last volunteer work at the Plum Island National Wildlife Refuge. Additionally, she had been a board member for The Anna Jaques Hospital Aid Association; the Firehouse Civic Center; the Society for the Development of Arts and Humanities; and the Museum of Old Newbury where she had served on the board and the collections committee. Ruth was a past chair of the Newbury Library Trustees and had been a member of the Newbury Historical Commission, for which she coordinated the commemorative book "Images of the Past" for Newbury's 350th anniversary.

You will find a great variety of objects in this nearly 300 lot sale.

From Volvo sedan to New England country primitives, (18th c) cased furniture to (20th c) benchmade reproductions, wrought iron, books, instruments to antique tools, rugs, hook rugs, garden bench, Chinese rosewood campaigne chests etc.
