TERMS: All bidding will be Online-Only at OhioRealEstateAuctions.com. Property sells to the highest bidder regardless of price subject to no minimum and no reserve. Other terms include As-Is with no contingencies for financing, inspections or otherwise. 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to winning bid to establish final contract selling price. Short tax proration. Buyer pays all closing costs. 

TENANTS RIGHTS: 4-6 tenants will remain in place with existing leases transferring to new owner.All are non-profit entities with below market rents through July 2023.

DEPOSIT AND CLOSING: Successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the total contract price by end of business on November 16, 2022. Close on or before December 15, 2022 through M & M Title Company.
