All items are in used condition, some is scrap and some is very usable. A lot of the furniture is disassembled and stored in the basement. Lot 66 will be approximately 2 semi-trucks full. There is a large group of furniture modules that are still in place and will need to be disassembled.
All items must be removed by the purchaser. Purchaser will need to bring pallet jacks to move items. The 2 electric fork lifts will be brought to the loading dock area by county personnel.
All items are sold in as is where condition; no warranties nor guarantees.
Payment will be cash on pickup or cashier's check with bank letter only
There is one loading dock and one ramp. If you purchase a large quantity, you might wish to set and appointment
