ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: The successful bidder will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement upon acceptance of final bid. (The final bid is subject to the Sellers acceptance or rejection). EVIDENCE OF TITLE: Seller shall provide an owners title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price. DEED: Seller shall provide Warranty Deed(s). CLOSING: The balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which will take place in 45 days after the auction, or as soon thereafter as applicable closing documents are completed by the Seller. Fee's for an administered closing shall be shared 50/50 between Buyer(s) and Seller(s). POSSESSION: Possession will be given at closing.
