This is a unit Auction for Stor-It Mini Warehouses on Defaulted Units. Cash ONLY from highest Bidder with a $50 refundable clean-out deposit per unit.
You will have 2 days to empty units. Bring your own Lock to place on units if you are the top bidder.

This is an auction for defaulted storage units at Stor-It Mini Warehouses- Kokomo
Auctioneer Dan Otto- this is our version of Storage Wars, each unit will be opened at the time of sale for viewing by bidders, Bidding will start, the highest bidder will place their lock on the unit along with our lock once the unit is paid for our lock will be removed. No one is allowed inside the units until paid in full, along with a $50.00 refundable clean-out deposit collected for each unit bought. Highest bidders will have 48 hours to clean out the unit, once the unit is empty and sweep clean the deposit will be returned.
Stor-it reserves the right to remove any unit if redeemed by tenant up to the day of sale!
