• Preview Times: Thursday October 27 from  9AM -6 PM
• Auction Closes: Thursday October 27 Beginning at 7 PM
• Pickup: Friday and Saturday October 28-29 9 AM to 6 PM each day

Featuring agricultural, heavy equipment, construction equipment and tools, commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers and powersports.

This auction is being held just off Rt 33E in McGaheysville VA at the corner of Island Ford Rd, and McGaheysville Rd on the McGaheysville Fire Department Overflow Parking Lot.  

***A portion of every sale will be donated to the McGaheysville Volunteer Fire Department.  We appreciate their service to our community.***

Send us pictures and item details and we can get your items listed immediately. This is an online only auction. Bidding begins whenever items are listed.
 

Terms and Conditions:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
